Nonresident partners can now opt out of the composite return. Enter the amount of Indiana withholding taxes on this field for those partners who opt out. The partnership must then remit the withholding taxes for those partners who opt out by using form IT-6WTH. The partnership will then claim this amount as credit on its IT-65 return.
