Shareholder Basis Information

Use the Shareholder Basis worksheet, Shareholder Basis Information section to produce the shareholder's basis worksheets. A two-page worksheet is produced providing information for each shareholder's stock and debt basis, loss and deductions in excess of basis for the current year and their respective principal loan balances.

The shareholder basis computation is only available to the following S corporation products:

• Federal
• California
• Kentucky
• New Jersey
• New York
