Notes:

Form 3537 is only prepared when there is tax due from nonconsenting nonresident members, as calculated on Form 568, Page 4, Schedule T. Form 3537 print code is on Extensions > Extensions > California Extension > Form 3537 / 3537 print code - override.
The due date will be the 3rd month following the close of the taxable year unless this is a SMLLC and the ultimate owner is not a passthrough as indicated on California > General Information > Single Member LLC > What type of entity is the ultimate owner of this SMLLC?.
The $800 LLC tax does not appear on Form 3537; it must be paid with Form 3522.
Similarly the estimated LLC fee does not appear on Form 3537; it must be paid with Form 3536.
If the form is highlighted, but is not printing an electronic payment may be required. Use California > General Information > Basic Data > Electronic payment filing instructions code to override the default.
The voucher will not print in the government copy when the extension payment is being electronically filed.
