Notes:

2D Barcode is always turned on. As per Alabama Department of Revenue requirements, there is no option to print form without 2D Barcode.
This form is used for both the extension payment and the return payment.
To activate the extension, Federal > Extensions > Extensions > State Extension Information > Produce all state first extensions or Federal > Extensions > Extensions > Alabama Extension > Amount paid with Form BTE-EX - override. It will not activate if this is an initial return.
If the balance due is more than $750, Alabama requires electronic funds transfer (EFT).
