Initial, Final, Amended or Superseded Returns - Override

These boxes override initial, final, amended or superseded return status carried from the federal return.

For electronic filing purposes, California allows the use of superseded returns prior to the filing deadline same as Internal Revenue Service. If electronic filing is not chosen for the California return, any entry in Superseded Return - override will be ignored.

Use the federal Common State category, Generic State Schedule K-1 Information worksheet to override final or amended status for selected Schedule K-1's.
