If you filed federal Form 7004 with the Internal Revenue Service, you have a six month extension of time to file the Franchise tax return. However, an extension of time to file is not an extension to pay. An entry in this box will mark the K-150V as an extension payment. Also you can use the K-150 voucher field to enter the amount to be paid as an extension payment.
