Form 4562 is not required to be filed for an entity or activity if there are no current year acquisitions, no listed property assets and no current Section 179 expense deductions. In this situation no Form 4562 will be printed.
Enter an "X" to force the printing of all Forms 4562, even if IRS does not require them to be filed.
The Form 4562 will always be printed in Form 1120 returns.
