MACRS Convention Code

The mid-quarter or the half-year convention applies to current year MACRS acquisitions based on the dates the assets are placed in service. A diagnostic message is issued whenever the mid-quarter convention is applicable. This entry will force the convention selected to be applied to all current year MACRS assets.
