LLC / LLP Late Payment Interest, Late Payment Penalty and Late Filing Penalty

The LLC / LLP annual fee late payment interest and penalty are computed from entries on New York > Payments/Penalties > Late Interest and Penalties - IT-204-LL > Late interest, Late payment penalty, and Late filing penalty. If these fields are left blank, late payment interest and / or penalties are not computed.

New York > Payments/Penalties > Late Interest and Penalties - IT-204-LL > Late interest - override and Late penalty - override are available to enter your own figures for late payment interest and penalties.
