Enter the number of the partners and their phone numbers who are not individuals, which you would like to prepare Form IL-1000-E "Certificate of Exemption for Pass-through Entity Payments". If a partner number is entered then the amounts on the Form IL Sch K-1-P will not be included in the calculation of the percentages for Form IL-1000 and will also not have any payment apportioned to them on IL Sch K-1-P, line 54a.
To suppress printing of IL-1000-E, check the suppress print box.
