Editing a Portal User
- Click or tap Client Users on the banner bar.
- Do one of the following, depending on the type of device you are using:
- Desktop computer. Select the check box for the user you want to edit, and then click Edit.
- Tablet computer. Tap the button next to the user you want to edit, and then select Edit.
- Edit the information on the User Profile tab as needed.
- Edit the user's options for each portal on the Assigned Portal tab as needed.
- If needed, assign additional portals to the user.
- Click or tap Save and Close.
