2-Step Verification: Learn More

2-step verification increases security by sending users a one-time code that authenticates identity and the device from which they are logging in, adding a layer of protection more resilient than a password alone can provide.

Tip: We strongly recommend including a phone number when setting up user accounts, as this can be used to send verification codes via text or voice call.

Device-Specific Authentication

The verification process is device- and browser-specific. Users must perform the verification process on each device and in each browser they use to access Portal. After verifying identity on a device and in a browser, they can log in for subsequent sessions with just user ID and password. Once verified, devices can be de-authenticated as needed.
