Uploading Images and Videos from a Tablet or Phone

The process of uploading most types of files is roughly the same. The exception is uploading images and videos captured on a tablet or phone. These files require a couple of additional steps, as indicated below.

1. If you have access to multiple portals, verify that you are logged in to the correct portal.
2. Tap the Upload or the button.
3. Either take a new photo or video, or select a photo or video from your library.

   Note: The exact steps for taking and selecting a photo vary from device to device.

4. Enter a recognizable name for the photo or video you selected.
5. Click Next. The file is uploaded automatically.
